Terms of service
If you decide to commission me, it will be assumed that you have already read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read it carefully before proceeding.
Terms and Details
✴︎ Once the commission request has been accepted, please send me the brief within three days. (The duration starts once I contact you to confirm the reservation via DM.)
✴︎ If you are not able to submit a brief due to any inconveniences within the given duration, Please contact me to postpone the date to when you’re most convenient. (No more than two weeks)
✴︎ There will be another reminder once the duration has passed. If there is still no response or brief submitted after the last reminder, the reservation will be cancelled. If this happens, you will be put on BLACKLIST.
✴︎ Once the brief has been considered and accepted, your commission price will then be informed. The payment is required upfront. (If the price is higher than 2500 baht, 50% deposit can be made.)
✴︎ Once the payment is made, the date and time of the work duration will be informed later on.
✴︎ Once the payment has been made, cancellation is NOT allowed. If you still wish to cancel, cancellation is NON-REFUNDABLE.
✴︎ The working period is around 1-3 weeks per queue, depending on the details and number of work. This is because the maximum number of work you can commission per queue is up to 3 works. (You can follow the updates of your queue in the Google Sheet, which will be provided when the starting date is notified.)
✴︎ The commission file will only be sent once the full payment is made. During this time, you are NOT allowed to use or post the sample of your commission anywhere.Important notes
✴︎ Please insert the artist credit on the commission when you post on Social Media.
✴︎ During the commission period, I might be posting other drawings/doodles unrelated to your work on my twitter or instagram. Please know that this will NOT, in any case, affect the duration of your work.
✴︎ If you wish to turn your commission into a Giveaway, please inform me when you submit the brief.
✴︎ References from other artists are NOT accepted. I will also not be drawing in anyone’s style whatsoever.
✴︎ You are allowed to use MY artwork as a reference for your commission. Official arts or commissioned pieces BY YOU (for your OC only) are also allowed.
✴︎ You are NOT allowed to post any unfinished works/sketches on your social media.
✴︎ Any adjustment of the work is NOT allowed once the work file has been sent. (This EXCLUDES the colour of the plain background in case you are not satisfied with the colour provided.)
✴︎ You are NOT allowed to claim the commission as your own work.
✴︎ NO additional request for edits of the work will be accepted once the file has been sent. Except in the case that any mistake has been made by me.
Work process
STEP 1 : Sketch (3-7 days)
After the brief is submitted and the payment has been made, I will send you a sketch of your work. You can ask for sketch edits, for free, at a maximum of THREE times. (If more, 100baht/time)STEP 2 : Line art and color (5-14 days)
Once the sketch is confirmed, I will begin working on lining and colouring. The finished work will be sent afterwards.STEP 3
Once the completed work has been submitted, colour correction can be made at a maximum of TWO times. Addition from the provided, SD +100 baht/spot, Full scale +150 baht/spotBefore additional prices are determined, I will analyse the difficulties first.
In case you want to start over from the beginning after lining and colouring have been completed, you will be charged another additional 100% of the original work price.
